Reservation Policy

By confirming the reservation/purchase of the activities and services offered on the web, the USER accepts the reservation, return and cancellation conditions set forth herein. These conditions are only valid for reservations made directly with Cielo Inca Planetario. Activities contracted through third parties will have their own reservation and cancellation policies, which may or may not coincide with these.

Booking conditions

Once the reservation has been processed, the client will receive a confirmation email to the indicated email address. It is your responsibility to check, before purchasing, that the information provided is correct and in accordance with the type of activity, date, place, number of participants, etc. The client is responsible for the authenticity and timeliness of all data communicated to Cielo Inca Planetario. The client accepts the public use of images taken during the activities and in which they may appear photographed during the normal course of the activity. However, in any activity, expressly, the client may request in the future the non-use of his image. It should be noted that a reminder will be sent to the client with all the details of the activity and the weather forecast one or two days before the activity.

Cancellation of a reservation

The organization reserves the right to cancel the activity for not achieving the minimum necessary capacity or due to adverse weather conditions for the correct development of the activity. In the event of adverse weather forecasts, different solutions will be offered depending on the activity to be carried out: Astronomical observations: another date will be offered to carry out the activity. If the client could not attend on that date or on the following ones, 80% of the reservation would be returned. Activities that include accommodation cannot be cancelled. However, even if observations or outdoor activities cannot be carried out, the rest of the activities can be carried out normally (visits to observatories, tourist visits, etc.) and, as far as possible, observation will be replaced by an indoor activity.

Modification of a reservation

On the contrary, if the client wishes to modify or cancel their reservation for any reason, the following cases will be addressed: In case of notifying at least 48 hours in advance, the reservation will be canceled and you will get a 100% refund, otherwise you will lose your investment. If the person does not show up, the reservation will be made by No Show and it will not be possible to change the date. As a rule, once the purchase of an activity/service has been confirmed, returns will not be accepted, except when due to adverse weather conditions, it has to be cancelled.
